Here are some issues you might encounter and how to solve them.

Extension features not showing/working.

If the extension features are not showing or working at all try simply reloading the page. If this doesn't help, contact support.

Error: Please reset your key to use on a new machine

If you get the error: Please reset your key to use on a new machine Follow these steps:

1. Go to your whop dashboard orders.

2. Find your BetterRoll product and select it.

3. Select Manage & Install

4. Click Reset key

Error: Unable to login. Bad Request. Please make sure you are using the latest version and contact support!

To solve this follow these steps:

1. Check your version.

2. If you have the latest version:

   1. Enter your activation key and click login

      1. If you get the error: Please reset your key to use on a new machine

         1. Go to your whop dashboard orders.

         2. Find your BetterRoll product and select it.

         3. Select Manage & Install

         4. Click Reset key

      2. If you get any other error please contact support

3. If you don't have the latest version:

   1. Download and install the latest version. Check: Installation
